Back in Action

I realize it’s been a while since a post has been since I last posted to my technology blog. A lot has happened since my last post. I was actually in a new role that took me a little away from CRM, but certainly exposed me other parts of IT related to resource management, headcount and lots of other operational activities that are needed in IT.  I do hope to share a lot of that part soon.

                I am excited to be back and am back to being quite involved in CRM, SaaS and areas I really enjoy in the IT world. I expect my next blog update to be in a few weeks and hope to provide some cool stories, lessons learned ect.  One of main focuses on this blog as I mentioned in the past is really to give my take on technology, CRM and the world of SaaS based on my direct experience in this world. I have been able to work on a lot of global technology programs and have learned quite a bit in this ever-changing world.

Hector Perez Jr was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After joining the US Air Force in 1990, he trained to be a combat medic and served in Operation Desert Storm. Since graduating from the University of Texas, Hector has two decades of experience driving complex global IT initiatives for an impressive host of large-scale organizations such as Dell, Inc. and continues to work in the Salesforce.com eco-system.
